• ATS (Applicant Tracking System) compatibility checking

• Career resources and guidance

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, EVALSHARE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or $100 if you used the free version.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless EvalShare and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the service
• Your violation of these terms
• Your violation of any rights of another party
• Your content or conduct

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to use the service will immediately cease. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall survive.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California.
